Buying or Selling a Home- Part 2

The real estate market is unpredictable. You never know what is going to happen the next day. The majority of the real estate economy is the process of selling or buying a home. Currently, the housing prices have dropped significantly from the past year, and the interest rate seems to be lowering. In the article from buy-and-sell.com it says, “In most markets today, buyers can purchase a home for at least 5% below the asking price. Some buyers can even purchase homes 10% under the asking price.” In addition to that, here in Seattle the prices have dropped on an average of 5.7%, according to housingpredictor.com. Some may think, the real estate market is going thru a tough time, and buyers fear a financial crisis and are not willing to make any big purchases. For me personally, I believe the complete opposite. Our family business has always been in the real estate market and making homes. As of right now, we are selling our houses cheaper than last year. However, the material prices have lowered, making it the same profit we had been making when the real estate economy had been “flourishing.” Overall the economy may have seemed like it stalled, but people are still making money and houses are being sold.

Buying or Selling a Home

The real estate market is unpredictable. You never know what is going to happen the next day. The big chunk of the real estate market is buying or selling a home. Currently, this is the perfect time to buy a home. The housing prices are reasonably low and the interest rate is not that high, as well. The only fear is the unstable economy. People are fearing for a financial crisis and are not willing to make any big purchases. Selling a home can be a complete hassle, yet at the end in most cases, it is very financially beneficial. In order for you to sell your home, you first need the house to be appealing to all your potential buyers. The house needs to be cleaned, organized, and if needed remodeled. The key part in selling your house is to find a client. Once you find a client who is very interested in your property, it is vital that you listen to the potential buyer and try to complete the deal. Once the deal has been completed both the buyer and the seller should be happy. The real estate economy may be going thru a tough time , but the benefits are still available.

My Favorit Part of My Room!

My favorite part of my room is my computer desk and the surrounding areas of it. This is the place where I keep all my awards, whether it’s academic or athletic. Every time I look up, I see a wall plate with a word of wisdom made especially for me by my high school counselor. This always keeps me dedicated when I am studying or working for school. I also like this particular spot in my room because it is always kept neat and organized. I keep all my educational and athletic necessities here. In addition, I like this spot because it is a quiet and relaxing place for me to lighten up. Also this spot has a lot of nice gadgets for me to play with. For an example, my computer, digital camera, my Xbox 360, and much more electronics are all a finger tips away from me. My computer desk and the surrounding area next to it is an excellent spot for me to be whenever I want to take a break and have some fun!

What I Want to Learn About Writing?

There are a lot of things I want to learn about writing. Writing is an excellent tool to communicate, show your emotion, organize your thoughts and give feedback. Personally I want to learn how to add emotion and feeling to my writing, because I want give my own personal thoughts to what I am writing about. Also I want to attract the reader to my writing. Writing is a piece of art, which is for entertainment. If you can not entertain your reader, you aren't doing a good job writing. As well as entertaining the reader, I want to let my emotions flow thru my writing because I want my writing to represent me. Writing is amazing when you take it to the next level. The only way you are able to do that is to let your emotions run thru your writing. I look forward to learning how to add my emotion to my writing.
